Customer Statements

Sending your customers statements on a regular basis is a good way of keeping them informed and it can also gently remind them that their payments are overdue.

You can print out customer statements any time you like and print as many copies as you wish. Sage Line 50 automatically gives you special layout files that match the Sage preprinted statement stationery, or you can design your own layouts to fit your own stationery. Alternatively you can print the statement details directly to a file for later printing or incorporation into a word processor or similar, or even e-mail your statements.
